Game Rules

Players must wear The Platform Reversible to participate

Home Team wears White, Away Team wears Dark

Each team must have a Team Manager at the score table as a point of contact

There are No Official Coaches allowed in FIBA 3x3 gameplay

Half court game played on 1 basket

4 player roster 3 on the court & 1 sub

10 minute games clock stops on dead balls

First to score 21 wins or most points when time expires

Scoring by 1’s & 2’s

12-second shot clock verbally enforced by referees

1 Timeout per game

Substitutions on dead balls only

Scoring - 1’s (inside the arc) & 2’s (outside the arc) 

*Possession alternates following a made basket. Ball must be cleared.

Shooting Fouls = 1 shot (inside the arc) or 2 shots (outside the arc)

Team Fouls 1-6 = Dead Ball Check

Team Fouls 7–9= 1 shot for 2 points

Team Fouls 10+ = automatic 2 points + ball

Technical Fouls = automatic 2 points + ball

Dead Ball Checks - The offense will pass and the defense will return the pass making the ball live.

*Examples - Start of Game, Out of Bounds, Common Fouls.

Live Ball Clears - The ball must be dribbled or passed behind the arc within 5 seconds following every change of possesion.

*Examples - Opponent Scores, Defensive Rebound, Steal.
